Albert N. Bayer, P.E. - Senior Vice President

BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Bayer is a registered professional engineer who earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. In addition to his State of Michigan registration, he is a registered engineer in six other states. His engineering experience includes various phases of public and private development work concerning municipal improvements, residential and industrial subdivisions, church sites, health care facilities, public facility sites, as well as commercial and office development. All of these projects involve extensive planning and design of sanitary sewer systems, water main systems, storm sewers, grading, drainage and road construction. He is a former City Engineer and Superintendent of Public Works, working in several Detroit area suburban municipalities before being associated with consulting engineering firms that specialize in municipal improvements and private projects for engineering design and construction engineering. He also operated his own consulting civil engineering company in Arlington, Texas. In 1986, he returned to Michigan from Texas and became a part of the Nowak & Fraus management team and has been instrumental in building the practices both in the original Royal Oak office and currently in the Pontiac office. Mr. Bayer has been involved in many significant multi-use projects within the Oakland, Macomb and Wayne County areas during his long-time career.
