Anthony J. Dombrowski, R.F., P.W.S - Woodlands/Wetlands Manager

BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Dombrowski has over 37 years of forestry and wetland experience serving numerous commercial, industrial, residential and municipal clients. Mr. Dombrowski joined Nowak & Fraus in 2001 after completing a 28 year career as City Forester/Grounds Superintendent with the City of Pontiac. As the Woodlands/Wetlands Manager at Nowak & Fraus, Mr. Dombrowski is responsible for all development issues pertaining to wetlands, woodlands and tree ordinances and earned his Professional Wetlands Scientist license. Additionally, Mr. Dombrowski is also responsible for assisting in the administration of the City of Pontiac’s NPDES storm water permit program. He has successfully completed hundreds of wetland delineations and tree surveys and is also responsible for preparing MDNRE wetland permit applications, wetland mitigation design projects and wetland monitoring plans and reports.
