Chad L. Findley, P.E., P.S. - Senior Associate

BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Findley has over 15 years of experience in the design and construction administration of public utilities and transportation projects.  As a Senior Associate at Nowak & Fraus Engineers, Chad has prepared studies and engineering plans for numerous water main, sanitary sewer, storm drain and highway improvement projects.  In addition to his design experience, Mr. Findley has also provided construction administration services on many public works projects in the cities of Pontiac and Hazel Park.  In addition to his work in the public sector, Chad has been responsible for the design of numerous commercial developments in Southeastern Michigan.  Chad received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University in 1992, earned a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University in 2000 and completed an Extended University Program for Surveying from Michigan Technological University in 2007.  He obtained his Professional Engineer’s License in 1998 and his Professional Surveyor’s License in 2008.  While at NFE, Chad has demonstrated the ability to provide superior service to municipal and private clients via innovative solutions, value engineering and a commitment to quality.
