Jeffrey J. Huhta, P.E., P.S. - Vice President

BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Huhta has over 20 years of construction engineering and design experience. He has been a leading team member on a wide range of Municipal public works improvement projects exceeding sixty million and private development projects exceeding two hundred million. As a Vice President at Nowak & Fraus Engineers (NFE), Mr. Huhta has been principally involved in the design of highway, streetscapes, residential streets, and utility systems (including water main and sanitary sewer extensions, private development site plans, drainage design and studies. He has proven to be an integral part of the NFE team during all phases of construction projects. Jeff started his engineering career with NFE in 1989 while earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1991. Since then he has shown tremendous dedication to NFE and its clients. Jeff has been instrumental in the development and growth of the firm’s Pontiac office, where he has utilized his strong sense of dedication and service to assure the firm’s project delivery system operates as efficiently as possible. He has designed and managed a wide range of private development and public improvement projects that have employed sound value engineering principles in the best interest of the client. Jeff obtained his professional engineer license in 1995 and his professional surveying license in 2005.
