David C. Miller, J.D. - In House Counsel / Survey Department Manager

BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Miller began surveying in 1982.  He came to Nowak & Fraus Engineers (NFE) in 1986 and worked as a survey crew chief until 1989 when he was promoted to survey department manager.  Dave attended law school at Michigan State University College of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1993 and went into private practice with the firm of Jenkins, Nystrom and Hitchcock.  Dave’s practice was in the field of construction, environmental, corporate and real estate law.  In the fall of 1996, Dave returned to NFE, as in-house counsel and manager of its survey department. Dave’s expertise allows him to assist NFE’s clients when faced with difficult boundary and real estate issues.
