Jeffrey D. Pioch - Condominium/Subdivision Platting Manager

BIOGRAPHY
Jeff joined Nowak and Fraus in 1990 after working for a civil engineering firm in the Cincinnati area for three years. Jeff has over 23 years of experience in surveying and civil engineering working with both public and private development.  He manages the Condominium/Subdivision Platting Department. Besides being well versed in all varieties of condominium developments, Jeff has pioneered new ways for creating condominium projects for unique properties.  He has an exemplary reputation in all counties in Southeast Michigan for his knowledge of the condominium platting requirements. He is also well respected at the County and State levels for his intermediary counsel and preparation of Subdivision Final Plats and Amended Plats as directed by Circuit Court Order.
