BIOGRAPHY
As a Project Engineer at Nowak & Fraus, Steve has been principally involved in the design and construction administration of numerous municipal roadway and utility system (water main, sanitary sewer and storm drain) local, state and federally funded projects. Mr. Sutton also has been involved in the design of various private developments (commercial, industrial and residential) and provides the City of Pontiac Engineering Division assistance with its' plan review process, overseeing and conducting full review of site plans, subdivision plans, condominium plans and roadway plans submitted to the City for approval. Additionally, Mr. Sutton is responsible for coordinating plan review activities with various other City departments including: Planning Department, Water & Sewer Department, Building Department, Law Department and Fire Department. Mr. Sutton was at the forefront in developing the City of Pontiac’s plan review database, which has been critical in tracking hundreds of projects over the last 12 years through the approval process
