Justin R. Wellman, P.E. - Associate

BIOGRAPHY
Since joining NFE in 1998, Mr. Wellman has been responsible for the design and construction administration on a multitude of municipal transportation and public works and utilities projects.  He has been principally involved in the design of major thoroughfares, residential streets, streetscapes and utility systems, including large water main, sanitary sewer and storm drain projects. Mr. Wellman is a graduate of Michigan Technological University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1997.  Since joining the firm, he has demonstrated his dedication to NFE and the numerous clients he has serviced.
