BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Williams joined Nowak & Fraus Engineers in 1994 and has over 15 years experience as a project engineer and project manager. He has been responsible for the design and project supervision of all types of private developments, including industrial, commercial, residential, office, medical, religious, recreational, mixed-use and many others. Pat is experienced with storm water management systems, innovative and low impact site grading methods, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, traditional and pervious pavement designs, and environmentally sensitive land development strategies. He has extensive knowledge of municipal requirements and standards (local, county and state) which enables him to deliver projects that are sensible, timely and cost effective.
